Custom preorder timing

Next preorder cutoff: October 16, 2026. Payment is collected when your order is placed. Orders placed by the cutoff will be included in the next scheduled production batch. Estimated fulfillment is generally 30 to 45 days after October 16, 2026. Production, customs, and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping and Thornton porch pickup

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Local pickup is available as porch pickup at Revive Hockey in Thornton, Colorado, when offered at checkout or arranged directly. We will send the pickup address and instructions after your order is ready. Please do not arrive until you receive confirmation.

Confirm your hand, flex, curve, grip, blade texture, and personalization before ordering. Once a custom order has been submitted for production, it generally cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged except for an approved warranty claim, shipping issue, or Revive Hockey error.

30 day limited warranty: If you believe your stick failed because of a defect, send us clear photos of the full stick and damaged area, your order number, and a description of what happened. Revive Hockey will review the information and determine whether the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect or damage that can occur during normal hockey play. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund. See our store policies for complete details.
