Next preorder timing
The next preorder cutoff is October 16, 2026. Orders placed by the cutoff are expected to be fulfilled approximately 30 to 45 days after October 16, 2026. Production, customs, freight, carrier, weather, and other circumstances can affect timing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Thornton porch pickup
Local pickup is available as porch pickup at Revive Hockey in Thornton, Colorado, when offered at checkout or arranged directly. We will contact you when your order is ready and provide the pickup address, instructions, and pickup window. Please do not arrive until you receive confirmation.
Address changes
Contact rdonahu5@gmail.com as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Damaged or missing shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of any damage, and the carrier tracking information so we can review the issue.
