Payment is collected when the order is placed.
Next order cutoff
The next preorder cutoff is October 16, 2026. Orders placed by that date will be included in the next scheduled production batch.
Changes and cancellations
You may request changes or cancellation before October 16, 2026 by emailing rdonahu5@gmail.com with your order number. A request is complete only after Revive Hockey confirms it in writing.
After the cutoff
After the batch has been submitted, customized stick orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned except for an approved warranty claim, shipping issue, or Revive Hockey error.
Estimated fulfillment
Estimated fulfillment is generally 30 to 45 days after October 16, 2026. Production, customs, freight, carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our direct control can affect timing. Dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing hand, flex, curve, model, and all other selections before the preorder cutoff.
